When tragedy strikes a member of the District 3 Family we all pull together to help. Many of you have heard, by now, of the New Year’s Eve tragedy that struck the Peters Family. Little Marquel was hit by a stray bullet fired by someone shooting a weapon celebrating the New Year. I know all of you join with me in extending our deepest sympathy to the family of little Marquel Peters and will want to do as much as you can to assist them in their time of sorrow (see donation Flyer).
